AffilaForm ("the Platform") acts solely as a neutral technological intermediary between Vendors and Affiliates for the creation, promotion, and management of customizable lead generation forms. The Platform does not broker or guarantee payment, performance, or quality of services exchanged between Users of any role.
AffilaForm does not hold or disburse funds, nor does it offer escrow services. Any commission, payment, or compensation agreements made between Vendors and Affiliates are conducted entirely outside of the Platform. Users are solely responsible for negotiating, documenting, and enforcing the terms of any such arrangements.
AffilaForm does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for the legitimacy, quality, or fulfillment of any leads, traffic, offers, or representations made by Vendors or Affiliates. Use of the Platform does not create a partnership, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between the Platform and any User.
Under no circumstances shall AffilaForm be held liable for lost revenues, disputes, unpaid commissions, fraudulent activity, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
All Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk. It is strongly advised that Vendors and Affiliates implement their own contracts and due diligence processes when engaging in campaigns or payouts.
